This is a 3-year-old bottle of 16-year-aged bourbon whiskey. Cascade Hollow Distillery is nestled in a valley with a spring-fed creek in an area known for copperhead snakes. They use Scottish barrels for storage which is quite unique. The aromas of almond and toffee give a delightful floral perfume. It has a quite soft taste with juicy bursts of candied orange and hints of cedar that carry through at the finish.
